### Leveraging data and technology, programmatic DOOH is transforming how brands connect with audiences in OOH across Hong Kong

In order to help media owners grow the programmatic DOOH ecosystem in **Hong Kong** and empower marketers to make more data-driven choices, we’ve successfully integrated new DOOH inventory from prestigious media owners, including **Asiaray** and **JCDecaux Cityscape.**

[Hivestack](https://hivestack.com/), the global ad tech leader in programmatic digital out of home (pDOOH) advertising, has also announced a strategic partnership with [Vpon](https://www.vpon.com/en/), Asia’s leading big-data company. The partnership brings together Vpon’s vast location data with the targeting and measurement capabilities of Hivestack’s demand side platform (DSP), and will enable Hivestack’s advertising clients to deliver contextually relevant out of home messaging to different segments of consumers in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Hivestack’s DSP creates accurate custom segments by geofencing places of interest frequented by a brand’s target audience. This data is then used to build hourly device concentration scores for each DOOH asset and activate screens where a high concentration of devices has been previously observed. Hivestack’s platform uses market-leading technology to activate the right DOOH screens at the right time, using billions of anonymous data points from mobile location ID’s. Vpon possesses extensive mobile data gleaned from 900 million unique devices across Asia that allows rich and multi-dimensional data segments.

With 74 sites, 217 screens and over 210 million monthly impressions, this new inventory is located in some of Hong Kong’s most densely populated and premium high traffic areas, such as Central, Wanchai, Admiralty, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Shatin and New Territories.

Hivestack offers brands the opportunity to activate programmatic DOOH buys across several inventory and media types, including Alfaxmedia’s connected clinic TV network, XGD Media and key screens in transportation hubs.
